This impressive helical steel staircase was developed for the new office building of Jean D’Arcel Cosmétiques in Kehl/Germany. The staircase is located behind the glass front adjacent to the entrance. It connects the three floors of the building and specifies a rotation of 360°. From the outside the construction is perceived as an overall sculpture and represents the key design element of the entrance façade..

Kohlbecker | Architects & Engineers designed this elegant spiral stair, the construction was implemented by Erich Mächler GmbH (both from Gaggenau/Germany). The structural framework was planned by the engineering office Zachmann (Bühl/Germany).
